Description

The Soviet-Russian military had various types of uniforms and gear, including waterproof items like tents, raincoats, cloaks, and capes. These were designed to withstand different weather conditions and environments prevalent in the regions where the Soviet military operated.

The raincoat or cloak used by Soviet officers and soldiers was typically designed to be waterproof or at least water-resistant. These garments were made from durable materials to protect the wearer from rain and harsh weather conditions while maintaining functionality in military operations.
